Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, all four villas have unobstructed ocean views. We have 2 two-bedroom villas closer to the ocean, and 1 two-bedroom villa and a one-bedroom villa with awesome overall views over the Lombok Straight. We will allocate the villas to optimize occupancy.
We are about a 3 hour drive away from the airport, in East Bali. We can arrange one of our drivers to welcome you and pick you up, from the airport, or anywhwere else in Bali. You can organize and plan for nice stops along the way.
To get around, either go on foot, or many guests rent motorbikes, just ask our staff. We can also arrange a car and driver for you, for short trips, or full day excursions.
The phone network has recently been upgraded, and with a Telkomsel SIM card, you now have some (but limited) network in this part of Bali;
Our WiFi enables our guests to communicate/call via WhatsApp or Facetime. In addition, we do have a desk phone at reception which can be used to make local calls.
Yes, there are a number of snorkling locations nearby the villas. Waves/current permitting, you can snorkle straight of our pontoon in front of our property. You could even drift snorkle along the coast and get out at the Japanese shipwreck around the corner, for comfortable swimmers (weather permitting!). For a more protected snorkling experience, visit nearby ‘Japanese shipwreck’ bay or take a scooter/car to nearby Lipah beach.
We serve nice and healthy breakfast at the property, as well as light lunches and some snacks. Sometimes our staff will prepare a special meal, which can be ordered on the day.
There are a number of nice restaurants in the area, accessible on foot.
A popular warung close by is Ibus Seaview warung, they serve good regular Indonesian food which they can deliver also to your villa. Their menu can be found at reception.

There are a few ATMs in the area, the closest one is in Adi shop, but others are in Amed village itself (the large Indomart). Please ask our staff.
There is a reasonable clinic in Amed, called Bali Sehat. For more serious issues you need to go to Denpasar, some 2.5 hours from our villas.
